This actually needs to go to Sears they OWN A & E repair I had call to have a washer repaired. I explained what was wrong and they sent a repair man... needless to say he said it was fine and either there was a clog in the drainage pipe. (The problem was there was about 1 inch of water left in the btm of the washer) If it was a clog or frozen line ALL the water would have backed up

A second repair man came out I spoke to him he said he knew what was wrong, without authorization he fixed the machine to the tune of $400.00 Dollars. I could have purchased a new one for that amount of money !!! I could have damaged the machine more by using it for a week after the 1st "repair man" failed to see the problem

When I call to see if there was some sort of discount or rebate I was told Sorry NO I told them my time is just a valueable as the so called repair men and want som recompense for my time I was to again NO when I asked for a higher supervisor she said she was as HGH as I could go and there was nonthing she cold do. Sonya badge # 34269 at 3:36 pm on the 6th of January I then realized I was speaking to the CEO and customers time, and money are of no value to A & E repair... WOW in this economy !!!
