Contracting without a license

John Andrade is creating Theft by Fraud, operating without a Contractor's License, Lic # 123955 is non existent, A&A General Contracting Co, does not exist, never existed. He has given me an invoice outlining services to be delivered 1/19/2011 and to be completed 1/22/2011 which I paid $780 Cash and nothing occur.
I have found a conviction, case number M-0741-3542099, State of Arizona vs Andrade, arrest warrant issued 04/10/2007, still he is outstanding. I found three other people scammed, one a Maricopa Sheriff Detention Officer Brian Sedig, Dusty of AztecPools for $5800 and Loretta Ann Lewis for around $50, 000.

This man is a Professional Con Man, has been convicted for this crime in Maricopa, look up the case for yourself as per case number above and look at attachments I have uploaded.

John Andrade

John Andrade, claimed to be President of an Excavation company with various typs of heavy equipment but when searched for his equipment yard, located at Ironwood and Guadalupe and Jasper, you find nothing, no equipment and no A&A General Contracting Co, John wrote me a invoice for getting a Caterpillar D5 Bull Dozer from Cuesta Excavating, San Tan Valley, Az, which does not exist. The owner Jake DeMayo, does not exist either. If you have any extortion, Fraud, Theft by Fraud or no delivery of labor, skilled labor or use of equipment by John Andrade or Alec Andrade or Aexco Cabinet Installations, LLC or A&A General Contracting Co orJoe Cortes, this is a 6'2" tall, Mex-American Male with tatoos on arms, claiming to have been a US Marine and I have a list of six people. Please ad your name and become part of the group, to file a class action criminal felony case against him.
