A&E - run like your hair is on fire - save your money and sanity of having to wait!
I am in day 3 of waiting to have my Maytag Refridgerator fixed. It is a simple fix - the water no longer runs through the dispensor.
Day One - waited all day, actually called them to the appointment. They called 2 hours after the 4-hour appointment window to say the technician had an emergency. Rescheduled for the next day.
Day Two - waited again and called to track the appointment and asked that the technician call before he arrived. Another emergency and the technician assigned would be able to get there before 7:30 pm. He gave me his cell 757 450-8592 and gave me his word he would help get this resolved. I rescheduled for the following Saturday AM
Day Three - Here I am, I was promised a first appointment and it is now 9:39 and they are having scheduling problems. Seriously doubt they will show today.
At noon, I am heading to East Coast Appliance to demand my money back for non-compliance.
