My washer broke about 3 weeks ago and I called to schedule service for it the DAY it broke...A&E told me they would have someone out the next day (saturday) between 1-5pm...NO ONE SHOWED, NOT EVEN A CALL!!! I put off errands and changed my whole schedule around to make sure that I was home between those hours. I called customer service and she was more than helpful. She rescheduled my service for that Monday between 1-5pm...aaaaand...SUPRISE! They called at 430pm to tell me that they werent coming because the guy who was supposed to come, had to go home for a "family emergency" and no one else was in the area. My appointment was rescheduled for that Wednesday between 8am-12pm...HE FINALLY SHOWED! He was very nice and very professional. After looking at my washer, he told me it was my lock that needed replaced and that he had to order the part, which would arrive at my house in 3-5 days... He was scheduled to come back to install the part TODAY between 8am-12pm...It is now 11:36am and no one has called, YET...I have 3 toddlers so you can imagine the MOUNDS of laundry I have collected in the last 3 weeks. Between not having any clean clothes and no one showing up to service my machine, I am thoroughly fed up with this company and will NEVER reccomend them to ANYONE. I hope they enjoy the very nasty phone call I will be making to them come noon time =)
