The microwave cavity was broken. A technitian came and took a llok at it. He provided a report. In that report he mentioned that the part cannot be replaced or repaired and customer declined estimate. I did not decline the estimate. He provide contradictory statements. On the one he said part cannot be repaired, on the other hand he mentioned customer declined estimate. It seems to me the technitian does not know what he was doing. Based oin the report my warranty company 'sensible home warranty' is refusing to to replace the appliance.
I contacted the A&E several times and escalated to manager, the answer was that that is the way they report it and they cannot do anything about it.
The customer service was horrible. My account in their system was entered wrong. As a result it was big headache everytime I called them.
This is the worst appliance service company I ever dealt with. Please do not hire these guys under any circumstances
