I called NSI, the provider of our extended warranty on our Frigidaire washer, due to the drum banging around. This was on Oct.12. The first repair company did not come out until Oct. 20. He said he needed to order parts and would return in a week.
The next day NSI calls and says the repair company could not diagnose the problem and they needed to send the repair to another shop, A&E repair.
This company came out on Oct. 23, said he needed to order parts and would return on Oct. 30. I confirmed our appointment on Oct. 28 and Oct. 29. On Oct. 30, two hours before they were to show up they called to cancel. They said they could not arrange to have two techs at my house at the same time. I argued and fought with them for over two hours. They refuse to provide a number for their corporate office. They tell you to write a letter.
I have now contact NSI to demand they do something about this. NSI is as useless as A&E. I will never purchase another appliance warranty that is connected with either company.
My next step is to file a consumer complaint with the Texas Better Business Bureau. After some research it seems I'm not the only person these companies have failed to service.
