I had scheduled service for my refigerator for 8 am to 12.
At 11:30 i received a call saying technician cant make till 12 but will be coming between 1 to 2.
Till 1:45 there was no call from them. I had to call to check with them.Their representative kept transferring my call from one place to another without giving any solution.
So i dropped the call and called again and representative said she will ask the technician to call me .
After some time technician called me saying he would come by 3. My appointment was added to his schedule . Originally the person who was supposed to come had not come to work or was sick or something like that ...But isn't it company's responsibility to inform the consumer about delay ???
I had to stay home almost for the whole day waiting for the technician to come ...
And when i called whirlpool - they said i need to speak to the service company ...shouldn't they be responsible if i am scheduling the appointment thru whirlpool website ???
