I received an estimate from A&M Tree Service in Seattle. It was the lowest I had received, so I accepted it. When the people arrived to do the job, they refused to do it stating they needed more equipment, but promised to honor the bid. Days later the company informed me they would not honor the bid. This company's practices are questionable.
