This company is frauduently claiming to have a buyer for your timeshare and that they are the finance company for the buyer. They claim they have been in business for 10 yrs in state of FL when in fact they have only been registered since Dec 2010. The company we paid to sell our timeshare was Charles Schwab, who was also fraudulent and is now out of business. When asked how they (A&M) could be working with an out of business company, they stated that the company still had to service its existing clients. Total BS! The person who called us claimed she is Lisa Martin. They ask you to send a cashier's check for $2500. as a legal retainer in case we, the seller, does not return the signed paperwork after we, the seller, are paid for the timeshare. When I told her my husband & I would come down to FL for the settlement so we didn't have to pay the $2500 retainer she told us we still would be required to because its the law. A lawyer told me they pay homeless people $50 to go to the bank and cash your cashier's check and then you never hear from they again. They have been hitting the market hard in the last 60 days. DON'T GET SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY!!!
