I have been having the worst experience ever with this company. First of all I was told that they would lower my mortgage payment. That has not happened. I was told that my house would not go into foreclosure, my hous just went into foreclosure. They have taken close to $3, 000.00 of my money and I have nothing to show for it. I have been transferred from person to person and nobody has an answer. I feel cheated and ripped off. These people should be ashamed of themselves.
