I visited one of your locations (6707 Londonderry way Union City, GA 30291) on Monday June 1, 2009 for the first time. I was really impressed by all the stuffs that Aaron offered. But I had a terrible experience with one of the manager who’s name was RODNEY.
First of all when I worked in the store around 10:00am with my wife he was at the front counter and never greats us, we stood there for a second and we had to walk to him and say hello can you help us please! We told him what we came for and he directed us to someone else, who just came in to work, and he said whenever she is done clock in and ready to work she would assist us. Her name was Lashawn; she did a great job and helped us find what we needed, but she was just a sales associate, so she could not finalize the paper work. She told us that RODNEY would handle it from here. As soon as he came back the first thing he said was do you have any questions? And I told him yes I do. How does Aaron’s work? Because this is my first time, and he explained me in few words how it work just the basic because he did not feel like going through the details. After we had an agreement it was time for me to make a payment and I decided to make a full payment of $938.20. I wrote him a check, and he took it and promised me a next day delivery. He never mention that the check have to be clear by the bank first before he could deliver my product. Two days later I called the store to see what time they will deliver the product, and the person that I gave my information told me that I was not in the system because RODNEY never put it in.
Make story short I was very disappointed of my 1st time experience with Aaron, and I would not recommend any of my relatives to do business with Aaron’s at least not the one at Union City. But I spoke to Nastase Daley, store manager and he apologized and told me that he would try to solve this incident and try to make me a happy customer.
