harassment
I'm a single mom of two, I've used Aaron's rental for years and own a couple of piecies of furniture from them, and loved it. This year i have had some financial troubles and if i was ever late I would call and they would always, look out for me. Recently I lost someone in my family, was out of town and knew that i had a bill that was due, one morning the "manager" called me continuously threating me about sending the guys over to pick up my leased living room set, over and over again!! i even explained to him that i was ot of town, when I'll be back, and he yelled, threatend and got even louder, I proceeded to tell him i'm out of town, he gave me no sympathy didn't care very unprofessional, and very rude, after this is payed off in two months, I would not dael with them anymore!! Spyware on Computers

Unauthorized transaction
I authorized Aaron to take a one time transaction with my debit card for my friends account. Aaron has taken 2 payments without my authorization from my checking account. The last unauthorize transaction was on January 11, 2010 for $267 and change. This caused my account to be overdrawn and I have 3 check to be NSF at a total of $35 X 3. This is stealing and if i did this i would be in trouble. Aaron need to be stopped

BA HUM BUG!!!
I just moved here from Dallas TX and left everytng behind I went to Aaron's to get a table and livingroom furniture. It is Christmas in three days and I am recievng a threatining, rude, arguementive, disrespectful phone call once again from a rep at that god forbden place. My 5yr old and I are recovering from the flu and getting ready for christmas. This man s0 abbrasive wants a payment today it was due on th 15th I ave been ill I explained to him and was saving to pay it off next week, he said they are coming to get th furniture and I could come back next Monday and pick it up. ARE YOU SERIOUS??? He says i am in default...I have paid every month never been late and this s the treatmet I get. I owe $500 left 0n $1, 600. Give me a break! This is just the last of many horrible interactions from Aaron's. I will never go back there or tell anyone anthing positive about that place! Horrible, absolutley unacceptable! It is only a matter of time before they are out of business.

Very Rude Employees
This company is horrible! I have never had more trouble with someone before.
It started in February of 2008. We rented a bed frame from them. Well it took them a week to deliver it, they didn't even put it together, just threw the stuff on the floor and left. The delivered the wrong bed rails so we couldn't even put it together. A week later, we are still sleeping on the floor, they finally come and then they deliver the wrong pieces again! We wait another week and then they finally get the right bedrails, I made them put it together. They wouldn't refund us for any of the weeks that we weren't able to use the bed for. About two days after we had the bed, we were sleeping and the bedrail broke, I fell on the floor. We called them to let them know that we wanted a different bed set. Well three weeks went by, they didn't pick the broken one up, they didn't deliver a new one because they said we weren't paying on the rental agreement, since apparently I am supposed to be paying for broken furniture that I can't use. I said forget it and brought the bed pieces back myself.
For some reason, maybe I was really desperate for a computer, I went back to get a laptop. I have been on time with my payments for the most parts for almost an entire year. Well I lost my job a few weeks ago and it has been very hard to keep up with the payments but I am almost done paying it off and I need the computer for my job. So now they are calling me AT LEAST 6 times a day, knocking on my door almost every day, threatening to take me to court. I paid them $200 last week and have paid them almost $100 this week and they are shutting off my online codes so that I can't pay online anymore because that is how I have been doing things but they want me to make the entire full payment all at once, but if I wait until I have that much money, they are harassing me day in and out. One guy showed up at my house at 9:30pm! I pissed beyond belief. The manager of the store is VERY rude when he calls saying how my small payments are not enough and they won't accept them. Well fine, don't accept them, take me to court. They will see that I have been trying and tell you to suck it which is what I am about to call and tell them to do. Enough is enough. Don't ever rent from this company. Ever. Go with Premiere if you have one in your area, they are the only respectable company like this.
