Aaron’s RFR Lease Inc- DBA Aaron’s they say because I have a Wii Lewistown Pennsylvania. Okay so my husband has decided its time to get a newer TV. So we head out to Aaron`s the sales and lease company in our small town. Everything goes off great we are making our payments and TV is working great. Well, one day when my kids are in school and I am out and about something happened to our TV.

My daughter comes home from school turns on the TV and there’s something majorly wrong. There are lines on one end of the TV and the other end is fine. So since I am still out I head out to Aarons and let them know what’s going on. After a week if not a lil longer, the TV repair man comes in. He looks at the TV and said that’s physical Damage.

Well I am like what the heck do you mean so he explains to me that something had to hit the tv in order for it to be like that. I asked well how can something hit the tv when we are not home, as to which I have three dogs and two cats. Well with that being said He returns with, Well I see you have a Wii maybe someone hit the tv with the remote. This has been known to happen. I am appealed. I said well how can the Wii remote hit it when NONE was home. He don’t seem to have an answer for me. He then says he’s going to call Aarrons and after 15 minutes I should call them.

Well I wait he comes back in due to him forgetting to get me to sign a paper. I sign the paper and he informs me he has called Aarons. Well with this all being said, I am on the phone with Aarons and the guy gets smart and tells me well we know you have a Wii and the kids might have hit it.

Again I stress that none was home. Again he gets smart and say well . You have to pay for it to be repaired I agree to this fine I just want my TV in working order. Well I said what if it can’t be fixed will you swap it out. No…He is still telling me that the Wii is the reason my TV is broken. Again none was home.

I said well my husband will not pay for this, and he has the nerve to tell me okay I am going to see you in court. I said you are treating us as if we did something wrong here and none was home. So I told him I can see if we did something to the damned TV. But again none was home, I don’t know if may be the dog got up there. Well even if my dog did, they are not going to change it out or fix it. So I still have a copy of my lease and I start looking at it. The TV still works but has lines in it, I want them to come get it I refuse to pay.

He again says well the tech said you have a Wii and we think now think that may be someone hit it with the Wii remote. I stress again none was home. He says well we can’t take it back and you have to pay for it. But as in my lease I can at anytime terminate my lease. It does not state in there that I can’t terminate it. So if I terminate the lease which they are refusing to let me terminate?
