I've purchased several items with Aaron's and prior to may last payment on a TV I purchased the projection lamp went out. I called the company and they sent someone out to look at the TV and they decided to replace the lamp. They came out to look at my tv on the 16th of December 2008, and today is January 27, 2009 and they have not replaced my projection lamp. I'v called them several times and every time I call they haven't received the part yet. In the contract it states they are suppose to replace the part and provide a replacement TV until your item is fixed. They have not lived up to their part of the bargain, but when you are late on a payment they harrass you with several phone calls and they also have the nerve to come by your house to try and retrieve your merchandise. I will never do business with Aaron's again and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.


P.S. I ended up purchasing my own projection lamp online and it arrived 2 days later. What's taking Aaron's so long.
