Bad warranty!!!!!don't be fooled
I leased a new tv from Aarons and was told that should it ever need repair that a loaner tv of the same quality would be delivered in it's place until the leased tv was repaired. Their warranty extends for sixty days after the final payment so I was told this loaner agreement also extended for that sixty days. My tv needed repair twenty days after I made the final payment and was picked up and delivered to their service center but a loaner tv was never brought out. I was told by the manager that this loaner agreement did not come into effect since the tv was paid for!Not only did they lie about the loaner but they have said that my expensive Sony tv was not repairable and they would replace it with an LG brand. Not acceptable in my opinion. I have been lied to about what they will do concerning warranty and I won't do business with them again.

Disrespectful
I am so sick of Aaron rentals hiring these ghetto workers. I have made several arrangements for them to pick it up. The came when they wanted to come, so i told the manager that i was going to put their merchandise outside. he said okay, so i did now they are claiming that they didn't get everything. they act so rude and childish. the manager name is Donnie, the employee Brice is so rude, he had to nerve to curse at me, so i have filed police reports.I will be calling the corp office again tomorrowo oh well!

won't stand behind products they sell
Aaron's rent to own. This company has repeatedly supplied me with substandard products or defective items. Which brakes down to purchased 60 inch flat screen tv had to replace it (4) times in four months never was able to get one working properly. There excuse was my cable network was not compatible, never heard of something like that. They would not replace again so made them take back and reimburse cost of tv. Did get 60 inch from Wal mart works great.

Purchased King size Pillow Top Bed and Bedroom set mattress top started to come apart after one month had them replace two months latter mattress started to sag in middle and on right side of bed(my side of bed) I am six foot six inches tall and weight 236 pounds. They stated I am to large for a ever day mattress to buy heavy duty mattress from them for seven hundred dollars more they did not fill they were at fault. They refused to replace bed so made them take not only bed and bedroom set back but also living-room set and two computer's. Will not purchase anything from them again and if asked will recommends no one else does either.

Harrasement
I am renting 3 beds with frames only from Aaron's in Marietta, Ga. I have this place for 2 years, and despite my effort to inform the manager of late payments i still receive harrassing phone calls.I notified the store that I will be late with payment, and yesterday at 10 am Ireceived a call from the store demanding money.The general manager Steve had taken down the information and still demanding that I pay even though I a scheduled time that the manager Mick had agreed too. Aaron's has been very uncooperative and deameaning. Aaron's is a rip off 2, 000 paid and these clowns posing as professional business men still took my beds.Stay away from aaron's not a good place to rent from.

Rude and nasty with customers
I have rented several items from arrons in edison and actually gave them business. But lately they have new emloyees and managers and are straight up just bully. I will admit with the economy as it is i do make some late payments but i pay usually bi-weekly. I had one of the employees tell me he was going to come to my job i dont know who they thought who they were talking to but i know my rights and that was illegal for them to do. Then i made a payment on line which i was very specitical of doing this because i was recently a victim of someone stealing my check card information and putting in about $1500 in the negative of my account. So i told the rep when i spoke to him the situation and this was a one time payment and they were not to use my account again they did not have permission to charge it again. The following month they decided to charge my account again with out my permission and but my account in the negative again when i called the manager he admitted a mistake was taken and he refund my money but he talked to me with attitude and i tried to explain that this was not acceptable and that mistake made my account to go into negative he continued to raise his voice at me and to tell me to make sure i make my payments on time. i did not appreciate being yelled at all i am adult and there was no need for it. So the manager told me he refund me the 25 fee that i was charged for the ISF charge to my account the difference for the payment cause they also over charged me. i waited the 48hrs and recieved nothing from them when i called again he told me credited my account that was not the aggrement he was suppose to refund my checking account. I tried to ask why it wasnt done and he continued to get nasty and told me "i just didnt do it" and that he would do it today and call me back with an authorization and again i get no call back. i called today and was told he was in meeting but that the rep knew what i was calling for and the refund was issued to my card yesterday so i asked for the authorization for the refund and the rep told i had to call back and speak to him because he was the one handeling my account so i asked him dont you have a record of the authorization and he told me "if i had i would give to you" all nasty. I work in collections and i have never spoke to my customers that way at all.

Worst experience ever
When I first called to rent a fridge from Aarons I gave the girl the measurements to make sure it would fit (I have small door frames) she assuredd me the fridge I wanted would fit. After they arrived to my house to deliever it, it didn't fit. Luckly the had a smaller size in their truck they swapped out for.

After I was done using the fridge I called to set up a day for them to come pick it up. They set me up with a day and I asked for them to call me before hand since I had to meet them there. On the day I got a call around 2:00 from someone at the store saying they were on their way. I waited for 2 1/2 hrs and no one showed up. Around 5:30 (3 1/2 hrs later) I got a call from the store saying they stopped at the house but left because no one was there. I set up another date and the same guy at the store again assured me they would call before hand. The day came, I never got a call and no one showed up. I called back to set up another date for them to come pick up the fridge, the girl at the store told me she could not set me up with a date because the only person who could approve it was on a call. She took my phone number and told me they would call me back. They never called back. I called the store again the next day (I was pushing for time at this point because I had to turn the keys over) I spoke with someone different this time, who set me up for them to come get the fridge that day. They did come get the fridge after 2 1/2 wks of rescheduling. The poeple who came to pick it up, a guy and a girl, were very nice, in fact they were the only good customer service I recieved during the whole process. I would never do business with this place again, it was nothing but a headache!! Not to mention I was "put on hold" and could hear the person I was speaking to dropping the F word left and right. Horrible horrible customer service at this place!

One lie after another
I went to Aarons to buy a NEW computer and one that has windows 7, Called install programs the computer had been preowned, called said they would order a brand new one, in 2 months the power plug went bad, They let me use another one till mine was fixed, my coputer should take more then 3 day 2 weeks, called and was told computer was being fixed 2 weeks later I was lucky they let me use one while mine was being fixed, Old manger told me they would match anyone so I got 4 price a said i would pay what dell charged for a dell 15R was 648.00 well computer is still broke I lost 3 people who books i did, was told my problem Turn off used computer till I paid them . When I lost my income because they Lied all my book was on the broke computer Was told how was that their problem. I dealing with cancer and Lupus now i have to be talked down to as being robbed PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM THEY ARE ALL ABOUT THE MONEY AND NOT THE CUSTMER

Delivered wrong furniture
We picked out some furniture from internet catlog at aarons store in dayton ohio easttown shopping center 2 weeks before x-mas, we were told the furniture would be delivered 29th of dec. i called to check when they would be here for delivery they said they just found out that they did not make that set anymore after i paid downpayment prior to delivery actually i paid for it the day we ordered it . anyway come to find out they did and got the furniture delivered two days after it was promised. when it got here the tables were not the right ones they had the gall to send me tables that they thought i might like without even asking me first and they were broke corners were knocked off and colored in with some sort of marker the coffee table had a hole in the bottom of it the couch was broken needless to say i am a very dissatified costumer. you know we are supposed to pay $3000.00 for some piece of crap i don't think so!!! so my husband and i went down to the store and supposedly got things taken care of and picked a total new livingroom suit expecting that everything would be delivered right this time two days after the promised day we were wrong about everything being okay they still did not bring the lamps that we picked out and guess what no recliner who would have guessed!!! so i just want to say thanks alot ken and chris the only two managers in the whole world who doesnt know their a** from the hole in the ground!!! you really either need a new job flipping burgers or need some type of traing in a mad since.

Unauthorized charges
I have dealt with arrons for about five years and never had a problem until now I got behind and they were either tring to knock my door down or calling me all times of day. I explain I would bring the payment in on the 21 and they told me to send the stuff back until that time and they would bring it back. Then they asked for a posted dated check and told me they would submitted it that day the next day I recieved papers to go to court. This morning they called again. I never realize they would act this way.

Worst company ever
I been a customer with Aarons since 1999 they are ridiculus, just about bought everything from them none of the electronic working at this present time. I bought a computer, stereo, wash and dryer none of those working I went to Best Buy amd bought a computer 2 years ago and works likes it brand new. Wash and dry I bought at Conns perfect. Aarons is a major rip off. When I had some financial hardship one month had two pmts left they want to file on me or come and pick up the item that was 80.00 a month. Remember I bought all of my furniture, electronics, and appliance from them since 1999. They came to my house to collect in their own personal vehicles. Cusssed out my references as if they had the merchandise. Please I warn buying with cash or from Conns is a lot better dealing with this BAD UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY! They act like loan sharps. Store is in Austin Texas on North Lamar, They also picked up my TV to move it for me because I was moving and they trades out a old TV to resell my TV. I had to go into the store to make seen because I wrote my serial number down because one of the employees told me to because they try to resell peoples items that they have almost paid for and take them a item they was taken someone else they didnt pay for. One day they decide to deliver the old preleased tv to my new place and I automatically knew it was not mines. The tv was old had marks all on it my tv look brand new, I did not have to look at the serial number to verify. I go to Aarons my tv was sitting on the floor for resell I cause a seen in the store had them call the corporate manager Sam he told them to give me my tv. Terrible how they do their customers. Dirty Business. Thanks Aarons you was the cause of me rebuilding my credit so I can go and get quality merchandise without paying for it 3 *** times and the harrassment.
