WHAT DID THEY DO TO MY COMPUTER
RENTINBACK G TO OWN A COMPAQ COMPUTER BEEN PAYING 90.00 A MONTH FOR 1 YR AND A HALF FOR IT THE KEYS FELL OF THE KEYBOARD SO I TOOK IT IN AND SUPPOSEDLY THEY HAD IT THERE WELL IT WAS WRONG KEYS SO THE MANAGER KENNY HIGHT ASKED TO KEEP MY COMPUTER AND GAVE ME A RENTAL SINCE IM A TRUCK DRIVER I NEED A COMPUTER FOR LOG PROGRAM AND PCMILLER 20 GPS<br />
SO I FINAALY GOT BACK HOME TO JUNCTION TO FIND OUT EVERYONE WHO WORKED THERE WAS GONE NO LONGER WORKING THERE SO I ASKED FOR MY COMPUTER AND EVERYTHING WAS GONE OFF THE COMPUTER ON ME AND MY COMPUTER SO AFTER 2 HOURS OF LOOKING FOR MY COMPUTER THEY FOUND IT THE NEW STAFF BUT WHEN I TURNED ON MY COMPUTER THERE IN FRONT OF THE MANAGER JAMES I FOUND OUT MY SOFTWARE FOR MY TRUCK HAD BEEN ERASED I ASKED WHAT HAPPENED NOO ONE THERE NEW NOTHING I ASKED THEM TO PUT IT BACK ON I GAVE THEM THE DISK THEY SAID IT DIDNT WORK THEY SAID NOTHING THEY COULD DO AND I LEFT WITHOUT ANYTHING BEING DONE BECAUSE THEY SAID WHAT EVER THE LAST MANAGER DID THEY WERENT RESPONSIBLE FOR SO WHO IS IT WILL COST ME MONEY WHEN THEY WERENT EVEN SUPPOSE TO DELETE MY PROGRAMS JUST NEW KEYS FOR THE KEYBOARD I WILL HAVE THIS COMPUTER PAID OF IN 3 MONTHS AFTER 2 YRS PAYING ON IT IT ONLY COST 399.00 IN WALMART I PAID 90.00 A MONTH FOR 2 YRS DID I GET RIP OFF MORE WAYS THAN ONE WITH THE PRICE AND THEN THEY DELETE EXPENSIVE SOFTWARE WHAT OR WERE CAN I GET SOME RESULTS I AM PLENTY MAD AND DISGUSTED WITH MY SOFTWARE GONE I NEED IT BADLY PLEASE HELP AND HOPEFULLY I CAN GET MY SOFTWARE BACK ON MY COMPUTER THE DATE I PICKED IT UP WAS SATURDAY AUGUST 29, 2009 ID APPRECIATE A RESPONSE BACK ON WERE TO GO FROM HERE THEY ALSO TOOK MY SPRINT INTERNET CARD OFF SO I HAD TO REINSTALL THAT ALSO AND ITS SO SLOW NOW WASNT BEFORE IT HAS WINDOWS VISTA ON IT SOMEOEN DID SOMETHING TO MY COMPUTER SOMEONES RESPONSIBLE AND ITS NOT ME IM A TRUCK DRIVER WHO TRUSTED THIS COMPANYMY NAME IS CHARLES W REED MY NUMBER IS 785-375-5411

problems with payments
I have been dealing with Aarons since they took over the Kelly Rentals Company back in February 2009. For the past 3 weeks when I have called in my payment for my account I am asked by different Associates if I am paying on my Son's Account, My son does not even live in North Carolina, he lives in Upstate New York, and there is no reason i should be asked to pay on his account even if he did have an account which he does not have one, Then I also get asked if I am paying on Josha's account I don't know who Josha is but once again I am not responsible for anyone's account but my own.Then I get asked if I am paying on my Husband's account in which my Husband Joseph has paid out his account and wants nothing more to do with Aaron's store at all. You really need to get compenent help in your Lumberton, NC store. If this continues, I will cease all dealings with your Lumberton Store and you can come and pick up the Merchandise. rude managers
I have never in my life dealt with such rude people who are disrespectful, and go back on verbal agreements. My husband had been in the hospital for a week and I could not make my payment on time. I spoke to a man named John who told me he would not wait for my payment that it was unacceptable that I was late. So I told him fine you don't want to work with me than come pick the stuff up he set up a time with me to come pick it up, but the day they were supposed to come pick it up another man called me named kyle he said he was willing to work with me on it. He said he would much rather me own the stuff than come pick it up he was nice and polite and I told him I would be in on the second to pay my bill in full which was only 238.00 he said that was fine.
Then today monday John calls me back yelling and screaming at me that I am stealing his merchandise and he wants it now. That the other guy had no right to tell me that I could come in on the 2nd which would be this thursday by the way and pay my bill. He then proceed to threaten me with saying I was breaking my contract and that I was stealing from him, like he paid for the stuff himself yeah as if.

I have never dealt with such incompetence and rude sales people in all my life. They will make arrangements with you then call you the next day and say you need to come in and pay them for some place that says they want your business they sure don't act like it I would never recommend this store to anyone.

won't pick up appliance
I ask the store in Parma on Snow Rd to pick up the appliance after waiting for 1 month to get the shelves for the fridge and and the the appliance were very dirty. I still don' t have the drip pans for the stove. The dyson they didn't bring the attachments, finally after 1 month Aaron shows up to ask about my daughters account without bringing me anything for which I had been paying for. I got fed up and call them last wednesday to pick up the appliance and didn't get a call back to find out when hey were going to come get the stuff. My husband call the store and spoke to the store manager Tony and he told us that he wouldn't pick up the appliance until he talk to our daughter, (NO WE DID NOT CO SIGN FOR THEM) HE TOLD US THAT BECAUSE WE WERE REFERENCES HE WASN'T PICKING OUR STUFF UP AND HE WAS NOT GIVING US THE REFUND THAT THEY OWE US. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE AARONS IN PARMA OHIO THEY REALLY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WE ARE WRITING THE BBB TO FILE A COMPLAINT.

Just Nasty!!
I am a former employee. I was only there for a few days. The main reason i'm no longer there is that they had me cleaning a mattress that was returned for whatever reason. That wasn't the problem, the problem was that there were spots of blood on the mattress. I pointed them out to the GM and he told me to just clean it the best I could. After I was done cleaning he put it back on the floor to resell. That is completely disgusting. Other than that people are just out of their minds to pay the prices they do for this merchandise.

rude/ unproffessional customer care
I just got off the phone with a customer rep name Desmond at the Plainfield, New Jersey Branch, very rude & unprofessional, using slangs like "LET ME BRAKE IT DOWN FOR YOU SO IT WON'T BE BROKEN AGAIN." For a minute i thought i was at "RENTER CENTER" same practice different name, DID ANYBODY SAY CLASS ACTION. so to all consumers in the Plainfield, New Jersey area BUYER/ RENTER BEWARE!

won't return call
i've been trying for 3 days to contact chris (manager)at Aarons to let them know i was going to be late on my 15th payment.i started 1 day befor my payment was due. i've left mesages for him and i've been told he went to the bank then he went to lunch with his boss then he was on the phone.he's not returned my call yet.i'm almost paid out and after reading all the complaints about Aarons i fill they are avoilding me so they can come get my frig. and bedroom sute.after calling for 3 days i fill i've done my part.i will NEVER deal with them agean. my name is john m. i will let you know how every thing turns out.

Bad service
I have rented 2 big screen tv's, a recliner, deep frezzer, 2 refrigerators, washer dryer, and a laptop, over the past years, i am a long term customer. I recently leased a used laptop, which wasnt in very good condition to begin with, but i took it anyway knowing that Aarons was a reputable company, and if something happened to it they would help. The hinge on the laptop broke, and they will not waranty it, and expect me to pay to have it fixed.The store manager said it had obviously been dropped, but i have several character witnesses atesting to how good care I take of my belongings, two of which were there when the laptop broke.

rip off
I brought a laptop from them & it wouldn't update the pages it was stuck on the old pages & I took it back & Sonny said I was stuck with it& he said it was my service the managerMike hittle took it home & saw I was right I came back to the store & they asked Me to try it again So I did & it did the same thin So I took it back again & Sonney Manager told me I could get another the next day so I came back & he wasn't even there & I came back 4 days in a row & still nothing they keep giving a differrent story telling Me to come back tomorrow I've sent many emails to Aarons & they wont reply back to Me about this matter I'm paying for this laptop & I cant even use it & for the servivce allmost $200.00 a month is there anything you can do about this matter

Bad service
Ok I wont go into a long dragged out story here's the gist..we needed a laptop so we stopped at Aarons just outside of Apopka..I had done business with them in the past and was until that day a preferred customer (they would actually call ME and ask me to rent to own from them..offering me deals if I would come in and talk with them) well, I moved and was in need of a few things, but 1st we wanted to see what kind of deal we would get on a laptop...it was never gonna happen it seems from the start, the employees acted as if they didn't want us in the store...the girl behind the counter was rude and could not answer even the easiest questions..luckily I know about Aarons policies and computers..so we chose one and I asked about a printer (I should have known better) once again we were met with "I have no idea" (insert big eyed I'm stupid stare here) then she disappears into the backroom to ask the manager for the answer..a few seconds later she informs us if we want a printer we would need to go online and order one from the website..they had about 7 printers in the store..I pointed this out to her and once again I was met with that big eyed I'm a dunce stare. A few seconds later here comes the manager he pretends to fiddle with a register and some receipts then not so casually looks over at my paperwork (which the dull eyed girl has me fill out again even though I'm in the system. I even told her about the past phone calls) he then informs me we have to go to the Apopka store "they" don't deliver in our area...I then informed him "doi we're getting a laptop (to her credit she even told him that)we are taking it with us so we wont need it delivered..his answer we don't deliver to Apopka you'll have to go to our Apopka store..my Wife grabbed the paperwork snapped "fuck them we'll go to RAC" then we left furious..Aarons lost alot of business with us..we are looking in the future to rent to own a washer, dryer, stove and fridge..and maybe a desktop..btw we got our laptop at Circuit City (for a little over $500) (along with our internet another $50) and have not had any problems yet..(knock on wood) matter of fact I'm using it now! Aarons can kiss my money and my rosey red *ss goodbye!
