Consumer fraud
I bought a computer i3 dell the guy sold it to me as a tricore and i called dell 6 months later because arrons would not honor the repair agreement they informed me it was only a duel core this is consumer fraud and should be delt with as such. I want the phone # for head office so I can call and get this problem delt with. I think that if the people who work at arrons don't know anything about computers then they should not be selling them. If my problem does not get solved I for one will end the agreement due to a false sign up and thier breach of contract and request a full refun or no more payment and i keep the computer. I may be the little guy but I can get the job done.

Promissed delivery 3 days ago
On 1/31/11 my wife and i paid 1 1/2 months on a washer and dryer that was supposed to be delivered on 2/1/11, due to weather i understand that they couldn't meet that date. On 2/3/11 I called and talked to Marshall which is the store manager. at that time he promised a delivery time between 3P.M. and 8P.M. on 2/3/11. It is now after 9P.M. and still no washer or dryer. I called the store but no one answered the phone. We also have a refridgerator from there and have been treated poorly by them dealing with that purchase. I don't beleive this is the way to do business and if I don't get treated fairly over this I will take my business elsewhere!

Scam
On January 15, 2011, I purchased two pieces of office furniture and started an agreement or lease on a third piece. I requested to have the furniture delivered on Feb. 1, 2011. I called the store Monday, January 24, 2011 a week before the delivery to set up an official time. The date was set for January 29, 2011. No one bothered to call or say anything. I called to verify that they were doing the delivery about 2pm; I finally spoke to Anthony who asked me to call a back about 3pm or 4pm to see if they were doing the delivery. I was on hold for over 23 minutes before I called Anthony on another phone and he answered. Of course, they were not doing it. A delivery has been schedule everyday since except Sunday. No ever bothers to call or communicate if they are on the way. I always call around 5pm to check in with the store; naturally no one knows anything. I waited in my office until 7:30pm Wed. Feb. 02, 2011before someone called to tell me they were yet again a no show. I do not want the furniture and demand a refund. I do not want to do business with such a sloppy company.

Harrassing my family, been with them for 13 yrs!
I have rented stuff from Arron's for over 13 yrs now! I miss my payment date due to weather conditions and then call all my references at 9 am on a saturday!! The allentown Arron's on south fourth street has gone down hill quickly! Your lucky to speak to the same person twice and hope they speak english! Last time I made my payment three people it took to wait on me! The first girl was too busy texting on her phone to complete my payment, so another worker came to pick up her slack! If I coul dhave understood this worker the transaction would have been done from there! But no a third person came to finish my payment!! Never will I go here again!! Ur losing a value customer!!

Double charge
David and courtney at arrons in lake charles la double charges people taxes on there merchandise and the other ones that work there are very unprofessional.i signed a contract with arrons for a brand new 49 inche screen tv in a box with warranty and instuction and everthing else that supposetocome with it and they brought a used tv with nothing else that goes with it.it is made by rca.david and curtney gave me a jvc broke down *** whopp side tv as loaner october 5, 2010 and i am totally unhappy with that piece of junk and david and courtney at arrons in lakecharles la .and i will never rent to own nothing from there ever again. i asked for the corperate office number to file a complaint and they refused to give it to me.

Tv went out 4 times
We bought tv from aarons. we paid for 24 months, during that time it went out 3 times. now thats its paid off, 4 months now the tv went out again. called arrons got no help. we asked for new tv when it went out the 3rd time, they said no. we paid alot of money for it and we need help. we have bought alot from them and planned to buy more. where are they when you need help. the tv was to be new when we got it, now we find out it had been rented before.

Terrible customer service and disrespect for the customer
I recently put $800 down on a 65'' HDTV and purchased a stand for $300 cash from Arron's Rent-to-own. The delivery time was scheduled between 4-7pm. The delivery guys finally showed up right at 7 which was fine, but when they unloaded the truck, they only brought the TV (which was damaged). they didn't bring the TV remote or the stand that I purchased! After saying that they would be right back with the items that they forgot, they didn't even show up at all!!! No phonecall or anything to let us know what was going on. They left us with a monster TV sitting in our kitchen!!! Completely unprofessional and needless to say i will not be doing business with Arron's ever again.
