unprofessional customer service
To whom this may concern; I am very unhappy with the care I've been receiving from this particular store. I've been dealing with numerous complaints for a while, but I feel something needs to be done at this point, because a certain amount of money was taken from my account that was not authorize, even though it was a few dollars it could have cause me a hugh over draft at my bank, thank God, I am very curious and checked my account to see when a payment has been taken before my next purchase. I inform Cristy that I only had that amount, and she stated "that it may not let me take that amount", the extra she was trying to take was late fees, so again I told her "well I will pay that later, this is all you can take", so she stated " okay and hung up with an attitude. She did not inform me that she would still take more, and she did, and the manager Donna could not tell me what was wrong with this, she protected her the whole conversation, and gave me plenty of attitude, to add I have had many problems with false appointments and getting my merchandise on time. I WAITED ONE TIME ON MY WASHER ABOUT THREE OR FOUR MONTHS, I never missed a payment, maybe late one or two times, but the manager started telling me how I need to be at another location closer to me, and she would get me my funishture soon as possible, and when I ask for the main number to corparate she stated she would try to get some one out sat. I have changed my work schedule several times due to false appointments, and now they think it's okay to just come when ever they can unanounced. I keep a nice, and informal attitude, with any one that why I put up with this for so long, I give people the chance to do right by me, but I NORMALLY GET THE OPPOSITE FEED BACK WITH THIS STORE, Tony and Shawn are te best service I have had in this store, Christy before this incident.
