I am a regular customer of Big bazaar from last 5 years, in last 5 years i have faced some problems many imes reagrding the billing, schemes & staff coperation.but this time your people was running on my nerves as they dont know about the schemes .
as ou have mentioned in ur pamphlet insertion on Januray 24th 2010 that in rs 245 get a aashirwad aatta (10kg) + Naturefresh soyaben oil (2 ltr)+ 1 kg sugar from V3s mall, vikas marg, laxmi nagar.as i have beeen to food bazaar to buy some products n asked for the same scheme .but the people from the staff said its a printing mistake & the atta will be of 5 kg not 10 kg.
i dont think, its good for the reputation of company like yours, to do such kind of mistake.
The price u mentioned in the pamphlet is Mrp rs 462.50 & sabse sasta price is rs 245.
But i would like to help u to correct your calculations.

Aaashirwad atta - Print price(5kg) - 130
Nature fresh soyabean oil - print price(1 ltr) - rs 83 * 2 = 166
Sugar 1 kg price is rs - 50
Total is rs ( 130+166+50 = 346)

So just help me to calculte how it can be rs 462.50 if the total of the print price is rs 346.

Just think before introducing any scheme, as your customers are valuable to you.
