My hubby bought the Ab Circle for me, for Christmas. I loved it, and used it until Feb. 9th. That day, the left knee pad, (bowl), came apart. I was on the advanced setting. I flew up into the air on the upswing and my whole left side landed on the unit. Starting with the handlebars to my chest, all the way down, and ending up with both sides of the broken bowl crunching my pelvis.
I went and had x-rays...bruised ribs. My first ever. Could not drive my manual trans. car for 8 days!!!
My husband looked at the broken pieces and found the only thing holding that assembly together, were 3 tiny prongs! The bottom part (which holds the bearings), is heavier than the top, (where the knee pad is attached). Apparently, one of the bearings came out from it's ring. Rattled the tabs till they broke, and sent me flying!
The BBB gives this company an "F" rating...I can see why. I will pursue further, as this is a dangerous product. A great concept, but DANGEROUS!! I don't want anyone else hurt!!!

I bought this machine August of 2009. I have had nothing but problems with it. First the rollers completely melted on the thing on it! I only used it for 2 weeks!! I contacted ab cirle pro, they sent me a new machine and sold me a warranty for 3 years for 29.99. The second machine lasted about 3 weeks. My knee keep sliding out of the knee holders. The rollers went bad on this one as well. Once again I contacted ab circle pro, they were to send me out new rollers and locking bolts. A month later, I still did not have my parts. I called again to find out my parts were on "back order". They were holding up my order for 2 pieces of sponges about the size of a quarter. I finally got my parts, put the machine together, and tried to use it. Now the arm that swings the machine does not stay tight. My knees still slide out of the machine. I called them again. I have to send my machine back to them and then they will send me out another one. First they have to receive the one I have. This has been VERY frustrating. All I want is what I ordered and paid for. This is not a good product and I do not recommend anyone to purchase the ab circle pro machine

I am on my second machine in 30 days. These things are so poorly made it is unbelievable. Don't fall for the 30 day trial. You pay $35 shipping both ways plus the $15 to find out it is a piece of crap. $85 What a ripoff!!!

The Knee supports come loose while in use. I bruised my hip and broke a rib!!!

i bought an ab circle pro after the 1st of the year. i want to lose weight before my family reunion in april and i am determined to do that.the concept of the idea is a good one, but the machine is made very poorly. when i took it out of the bax and put it together 1 wheel was already messed up.i enjoyed doing the exercise and i had started losing weight, but after only a week of workouts the machine has metel shavings in the middle of the machine. i am constantly tighting the bolts up. i weigh 160 so i do not think that would be the problem. out of all the machines i've tried, i really like this 1 the best. to bad it is made so poorly
