This company moved me in March of this year 2008, 1st they only turned up with one van and blamed me for the delay, they then proceeded to leave half of my belongings behind when they said they had taken everything, they lied to me and did not empty the loft, the original price they quoted was £1200 then they said because of the extra van (which they should off come with anyway) it would be £2000, the man who owns it is called Costa and he is very rude and bullying, anyway we arrived at my destination and he tipped 29 crates of my belongings straight onto the floor, and left one of the bedrooms crammed with heavy items ontop of lighter items, he would not accept liability and denied he or his firm would do this? I had to contact my Insurance Co and they wanted to see a contract which ABL said they would send, 8 months down the line nothing, and if you try and ring him he is rude and puts the phone down on you, and my Insurance co RAC will not deal with my claim because of this, DO NOT USE THIS FIRM THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND LOOSE AND BREAK YOU ITEMS, THEY EVEN SAY THEY ARE PART OF THE GUILD OF MASTER CRAFTSMEN AND I HAVE CHECKED AND THEY ARE NOT SO THE MEMBERSHIP NO THEY HAVE ON THEIR SITE IS FALSE AND FRAUDULENT.
