I have an Electrolux washing machine, which though 10 years old has been working fine. Last year had a problem with it and between Negombo and Colombo, the repair and delivery took more than 6 weeks. This year again, January there was some issue and due to internal coordination hassles in the Abans Service centre, its taking me umpteen phone calls to try and get a quotation and information on status of machne.
The customer care can hardly answer my queries and show unprofessional attitude.
