I tried to contact them explaining everything but they would not assist

I never had an overdraft limit, i never ever went overdrawn, I carefully sorted payments to creditors based on guaranteed funds being available, due to unfair payments being requested from creditors during each month the abbey charged me extensive ammounts to which put me in financial ruin as all funds i did have available were taken by abbey each month, on seeking advice I was informed to close my account as the abbey would not see reason. to this day I am still in financial ruin and they still will not listen. I tried to contact them explaining everything but they would not assist.

They wasted my time and money

I applied online for a savings account with Abbey several weeks ago. After a fortnight I called as I had heard nothing at all from them. They said I should hear something within a week. 10 days passed. No news. I called again and was told someone would investigate and call me back within 48 hours. 3 days passed. Still no news. I called again just now and was told they couldn't tell me my account's status nor did they say why no-one had called me. Instead they promised that someone would investigate and call back within 48 hours. Agh!
