Still waiting to get paid by Jaime Velarde Owner for damages done to my car in Las Vegas back in2007.

Just two weeks ago March 16 I received a call from Mr. Velarde appologizing for the trouble and that he will take my car himself to have it fix. (Yeah right) a week went by and did not heard from him) then a call from his office manager Edelyn that her boss Jaime wanted to offer me to pay in monthly payment of $250 for 24 month and he will provide an agreement sign with his lawyer. Now here is a guy that does not care about a Court Order, nor that the Constable is looking for him. Does he expect me to give him in addition to the three years since the incident, an additional 24 month. He claims that the lost of business due to my remarks, and still he has people (I know is him) writing posite feed back.
Stay away from him, in run business in Florida, Arizona, California, Nevada and does not have insurance, otherwise they would of taking care of the situation.
Keep away, from him, no business license, no insurance coverage on any of the states that he claims he has office. They are all P.O.Box. Ck it out better DO NOT DEAL WITH HIM, you'll be sorry.
