I placed an order and paid for the order when I placed it. I ordered 2 pair of pajamas for my twin grandsons and I only got one pair.I got charged for 2 pairs and the invoice says I got 2 pairs but if I did why weren't they in the box? I sent them an email the day it happened and of course they were going to let me know but they did not.I tried to call and held on for over 20 minutes and nobody got on the phone.I called back and the same thing happened.I sent another email and, no reply.If it was them wanting their money, they would let me know so what's the problem?You can't give one twin something without the other one getting the same thing !!So I think it is poor customer service !!!
