Absolutely the WORST companies I have ever dealt with -Both Work out World and ABC Financial. I moved out of town but was still required to PHYSICALLY walk into the gym to cancel my membership. I finally found time to drive an hour so I could cancel my membership, which was literally signing a piece of paper that they could easily have faxed or emailed to me, only to find out that my membership wasn't actually canceled until I call ABC Financial and send them this signed cancel form. I proceeded to call ABC Financial to cancel, sent them the form, and found out that it takes 30 days to cancel, so I would be charged another month of membership fees. They still continued to charge me AFTER the 30 days...

Prior to this when I was still a member, I saw a commercial that Work Out World was running a special deal for $ 9.99/month. I had been paying $ 19.99/month for the prior year and a half... I asked if I could switch to the $9.99/month deal and was told it was for new memberships only... So apparently their loyal members get the shaft... Absolutely ridiculous...
