ABC Sanitary in Champaign, IL has the worst customer service. The garbage driver took the garbage lid (2nd time) and 2 recycling bins while disposing of garbage.

Called ABC and spoke with office manager Krystal. She said the driver denied taking it and said there's nothing else she could do.

Asked to speak to her supervisor, she refused to let me and refused to give his name. Also refused to give the name of the driver. She hung up on me 3 times while I was inquiring more information regarding who her superior is. She was yelling, being argumentative, rude, and had no type of customer service skills to be an office manager.

Gave up on calling back and filed a complaint with the BBB.
