We order hurricane shutters in Dec 05. Were to have them in 12 weeks. Gave the salesman 1,500 deposit. I started calling him in April of 06 and all I got were different excuses. The driver had a accident, Got me mixed up with another customer, They are on their way. Right. Finally after me driving him crazy they were installed the end of May 2006. I paid him his final amount when they were installed , less the 300.00 dollars he charged me for a PERMIT. He never ordered one. Now he does not answer my phone calls and you cant leave him a message. The salesman's cell phone has been disconnected. Please stay away from ABC Shutters in Miami Fl. Thank You.
