the qatar airways service in egypt is very good but when i have 2 times experienced about customers service complains, i have called them to book a ticket from cairo to china, beijing and the customer service they giving me the total price include free hotel on transit and they told me after 3 day i have to pay the money t qatar airways office in cairo city, egypt, and when i call next day they told me sorry your ticket price is not include the free hotel and the transit is should be 8 hours in doha airport, then when i asking to contact with qatar airways office manger the customer service told me she not in her office now and he told me ok you want any thing again ? that's mean he want to close, and i calling again the office manger and she's name is sahar customer service supervisor i have explaining to her my problem and unfortunate she told me sorry some of our calls is not recorded i told her the person who slae to me the ticket told me the free hotel on transit in doha city qatar is free with my ticket price, and she still not belive me and she told me the person who sale to you the ticket is not here today, i told her ok, qatar airways they have good things like customer call recorder with customers service persons, and she told me sorry not all of our customers calls is recording i said so what can i do now, she told i will check with her tomorrow, and that day is last day for me to buy the ticket, and problem when i calling qatar airways office in egypt to book ticket again they told me good price and when i go to buy they make the price high then i asking for manger then he told me really this is last price then i asking him to hear the call between me and his office customer service then he have heard and he told me sorry the customer service is mistake not you sir and he have giving to me my old price

so i want to know now why many mistakes in best airlines over world qatar airways, my mail problem now i should fly from cairo to beijing march 18 and back march 26 but the problem is the 8 hours transit so i hope i can get my normal price like the customer service said to me with the free hotel
