I wrote to Abercrombie and Abercrombie and Fitch regional office as well as too did file a complaint with Twelve Oaks Mall security department. I have Asthma as well as too lung disease and Abercrombie, Abercrombie and Fitch perfumes or whatever they use in their blowers engulfs the whole side of the mall (the one near Borders book is the engulfer on one side of the mall) but I can't remember which Abercrombie store is exactly near Borders Books and JcPenny these are some of my favorite stores but. I have tried holding my breath until I can bypass the smell but it leaves me lightheaded and dizzy. The smells reeking from their stores literally make me physically ill, gives me an acute headache, stomach ache, but most importantly causes me to have difficulty breathing most of the day as well and I always have to cut our time short at the mall. Their smell is on my clothes and the hairs of my nostrils and my skin as well as too in my clothes and it bothers my breathing until I can wash and change my clothes once back home. I have to spray my care seats with Lysol just to kill that horrid smell. I try to avoid all chemicals, but my son will spray and tend to the car seats. I am on oxygen 24/7 where I wear a portable tank with me while I am outside my home, I wrote and asked their regional office to turn that smell down. I had to contact their regional office several times before the cow called me back, stating that their blower might be releasing too much of the fragrance they use in their store, however she claims in a later response that everything was working fine, however I can't enjoy my time at the mall with my children and have to avoid going into any of the stores on this side of the mall. Not only that, but even if I come into JcPenny's from the outside, I can still smell their vomit in the JcPenny store too and can feel a headache coming on. When I filed my complaint with the mall security unit, they said they have had so many complaints against that store for the very same problem and no changes have been made and for me this is a problem, because I can't breathe and am sick the rest of the day and it's not fair to me, my children or the merchants as I will not buy from their stores. I feel that the Clean Air Act has been violated as there are other stores such as Macy's, JcPenney's, Lord & Taylor, Nordstrom and Saks who also have colognes and par-fums and they are not waifing outside of the stores engulfing the whole areas top levels and bottom levels, its totally ridiculous and my lungs need some immediate relief. The employees of these shops nearby Abercrombie and Abercrombie & Fitch respectfully complains about their overpowering scents too also told me they have complained. One JcPenny cashier has complained to mall security because it aggravates her breathing too as she has asthma as well.

P.S. I can't remember which Abercrombie is where, but mainly I am speaking about the Abecrombie store near JcPenny and Border Bookstore
