Once in awhile you'd be unfortunate to see hair in your food. Everyone makes mistakes but when you do make one, Customers expect an apology.
It was a different case For this restaurant "Abigail's Party".
I have found hair in their drinks and food, what i received in return was their rude behaviors ONLY.

#1. Hair found in Orange Juice
I've discovered hair in my drink as soon as it was served on my table.
Conversation went as below:
Me: "Excuse me. There is hair in my drink."
Server : "Ok, fine, I will get you a new one"
Ok, fine? Whatever happened to "sorry", this server's attitude was unacceptable! She took the drink and just walks away without any apologies.

#2. Hair in Waffle
After the first hair discovery, I found another hair in my waffle dish!
I called for a server and this time it's a different woman. (This restaurant is VERY unorganized, you will see different servers every single time you ask for help.)
Below in the Conversation i had with 2nd server :
ME: Excuse me, I found another hair in my Waffle...
Server : Ok, What do you want me to do?
ME: Pardon me? May i please speak to you manager?
Server : I AM THE MANAGER. SO WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO? THROW IT AWAY?
TAKE IT OFF THE BILL? WHAT DO YOU WANT?
-At this point, I was speechless. I told her I can not pay for the bill and left the restaurant.
The attitude, The words she choose to use, The unorganized messy restaurant.. I've had the WORST service from this restaurant ever in my WHOLE life.
If you have go near Kitsilano in Vancouver, Avoid this restaurant unless you want the rudeness + Hair floating around your food.
