Poor work ethic, does bad repair
Had a car wreck, a front end collision; called my insurance company and was given the name of this repair shop. When I looked them up online they looked like the place you would want to work on your car. Their motto is "home of the the invisible repair". They claim to pay attention to detail, have good work ethic, etc. They called me and told me the repairs had been made on my car and was ready for me to come and pick it up. When I got there the radiator had not been tightened up properly, the fender liners on both sides was not properly installed, there were gaps between the liner and the fender. When this was brought to their attention I was told that they knew it was like that (but they called me anyway to come get the car). I had to take the car back later to get new fender liners put on and needless to say they still did not fit correctly. I also noticed the bumper wasn't completely lined up and one of the headlights that they replaced was not installed right ( it was supposed to be flush with the body of the car, but was not) it was sticking out on one corner and they actually chipped the fender forcing the lamp in the wrong way. Point is they new the car was not even close to being pre-wreck condition and they knew all the very obvious flaws with the repair but was not going to fix it because they hoped I would not have been smart enough to know it was not repaired correctly. When I call them about the problem I am told by the supervisor that he knew the problem was there, when why he didn't fix it and if he was just hoping that I would not notice the problem; I was told to bring the car back (again) and put my finger on whats wrong and he will do his best to fix it even though he already tried. I am not a auto body repair professional and the mistakes were obvious to me, how is it that he is in the profession and he did not see that the car was not fixed and I need to point it out to him?? They do live up to their motto "home of the invisible repair" but its NOT because they have the ability to return your car to pre-wreck condition as they claim. In my experience they clearly lack the ability to do what they claim and do not have very good customer service when you are smart enough to know they did shabby work.
