This is the worst company for customer service. We called in a no heat call, they sent a tech out who stated that we were out of oil. We called they company and was not due for another oil delivery for over a month, we also asked the tech if the oil tank was leaking, he assured us it was not. The next day Able Oil delivered over 200 gallons of oil. Unfortunately, our tank was leaking and the oil that they just delivered leaked into the ground. We politely called Able Oil & requested that they refund the price of the oil since they leaked it into the ground and they refused.

They we asked for a temp tank since we had no heat and we were freezing and were told absolutely not due to the fact that we asked for a refund on the oil that THEY LEAKED ONTO OUR PROPERTY AFTER A TECH CAME OUT AND ASSURED US THAT THE TANK WAS NOT LEAKING. What kind of cruel, greedy, uncaring, unfeeling company is this. We did not have any heat & they refused us a temporary tank.

We have since ordered from another oil company that has told us that this company has an extremely bad reputation.
