With deep pain in my heart I am writing this mail to you about the kind of harassment I am facing from your Delhi branch. I have avail a easy cash loan (AC. No. 99999990666625) of Rs. 50, 000 in the month of may 2006 at the rate of 13% and the amount that was calculated as an EMI was Rs. 2, 373. According to the simple calculation I have to pay Rs. 56, 952 to your bank. I have paid a amount 58, 529 including some or the other charges with in a period of 24 months (up to Apr 2008). Attached are the details of the cheques that I have paid to ABN Amro.
Due to my repeated requests to helpline number and written to the concern department regarding the charges that was always libeled on my statements but nothing has done from there end.
Due to change of my Job I have to shift to Philippine. Now your bank executive has start calling my Landlord. There executive are threatening my landlord with dire consequences I have not paid the remaining amount.
Please do let me know if there is any due amount on me with the details of charges month wise so that I can analyzes the same.
Please ask your executives not to call my landlords.
