Harassing and unwarranted solicitation calls:
1/25/11 4:52PM;
2/18/11 5:48PM;
3/2/11 5:01PM;
4/26/11 8:30AM;
5/26/11 6:24PM;
6/24/11 5:52PM;
6/27/11 Personally went to corporate office;
6/28/11 4:20PM.
I have asked on numerous occasions to be taken off the call list and please not to call my number again. I went to Abode Air office location on 6/27/11 and spoke with Jason Macias the manager. I explained to him the continuing harassing phone calls and how many times I have asked to be taken off the call list. Mr. Macias tried to explain to me that they had issues with their database software and that they had gotten new software 3-4 months ago and that he would personally see that my name be taken off the call list. While at the Abode Air office I noticed that connected to the office, in the same building, and affiliated with Abode Air was a working telemarketing office.
I am not the only one who is complaining about the business practices of Abode Air -

On 6/28/11 I received yet another unwanted and harassing phone call from Abode Air. I am filing formal written complaints to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors; The Federal Trade Commission, Arizona Attorney Generals Office as well as the BBB.
I have tried to be nice and understanding but Abode Air has forced the issue. I want this business practice ended.
