Does not send product
In November of 2007 payment in FULL was made to this company for our wedding photo service as well as our DJ service and we have YET to receive a finished prodcut. After numerous attempts at contacting this vendor via email & phone, they aren't responding or taking our calls. We've tried to work with this vendor, allowing them AMPLE time to respond & working within THEIR timeframes.We have yet to receive any product. They did attend our wedding and provided the DJ service on 10-18-2009, but after the event it's been a nightmare trying to get them to send us what we paid for. Our contract included the photos, the DJ service for the evening of our wedding & the finished product being 2 smaller photo albums (filled with 5x7 photos) & the bride/groom album (filled with 8x10 photos) along with all of our proofs. We have received the proofs (very non-professional quality)& now we cannot even get a response from this vendor to tell us how many photos we need to select for these albums.In the last correspondance I attempted which was a month ago (4/16/2009), Harlan, the owner/operator of the business, informed me that he did not have the money to purchase our albums (even though we've paid them in full).He informed us that he was not able to buy our albums because his business has been slow. The timeframe we were given at the time of this email was 3-4 weeks before he could purchase/order them for us. It's been a month. We still have not received a response. I emailed him again 5/15/2009 without response. It has now been 7 months. When we contact him, we're told that our products are "in the mail", we're told that we need to wait because his business funds can't support what he's contractually promised us & we've been experiencing where he's been delaying contacting us (if at all) because he says he's ill or because he's got other engagements.
