I ordered a 14 day trail for Acai Berry Diet Max...I never received confirmation or did I receive anything in my email confirming my order. Three weeks later I received a bottle of the product in an envelop with no invoice or instructions how to use the product or any way to return it. On my credit card statement I received a charge for the trial order for $4.50 and a charge for another 30 day supply of $87.13 which I had not received. when I called the company to request that they cancel the order they billed me for and to credit this amount, I was told that the $87.13 charge was for the trial product I received which included a month supply. I was told that they would cancel future orders, but would not take back the unopened 30 day trial size that was sent, and would only credit my account and would only credit my account for 40 % =$34.85. This product and advertising is a scam. I filed a complaint and dispute with my credit card company.
