I have been calling the following number for 1 month, trying to get my 88.85 refund . 1-866-882-1281 and with no luck... no refund, Imagine that!!! I never recieved my free sample, the company decided to bill me for a product that I never got. I cancelled my membership and get this... they sent me a bottle of supplements AFTER I cancelled my account. Of course I had to pay to send it back before they would give my my refund... that was May 18th and still no refund as of 6-19.
I got the 1-866-882-1281 number from my bank, because their website didn't provide provide any information about returns or questions. Once I called that number I was given the following address to return the supplements...
405 East 12450 South, Suite I, Draper Utah 84020. I return the supplements and they received them (I sent it it certified mail) si I know they recieve the product. Every time I call that number to see where the refund is they keep telling 7- 12 days... then 3-4 days and so on. Well now it has been 1 month and still no refund.

Today, when I call that number I was told that they are a third billing party and have nothing to do with the refunds and why I'm not getting the money. The assistant, Nicole Id # 12027 told me she would resubmit my refund and guess what... it should take another 7-12 days... what a joke !!! I guess I am going to make a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and file a police report for credit card scam
