This company has deceptive practice. Do not sign up for the "FREE" trial as it is anything but. Plus if you call there are no supervisors available to talk to. It appears that they are all "busy" .

I am hoping that somehow we can start a class action suit against these Thieves Acai Advance. Just like all the other compalints listed, I was charged after cancelling for a product that is nowhere in the bold type face of the home page where I signed up for this product. I carefully "cancelled", like I was upposed to and YET they still charged for something called LIVE LEAN $24.95 which you will see printed small in the terms and conditions. The terms and conditions though come under the header of ACAI ADVANCED so how can they say that my cancellation is not valid for LIVE LEAN, that would to have cancelled that somewhere else. This was not mentioned in the cancellation phone call when I made it clear I wanted nothing to do with them. They said I was done, and cancelled and gave me an RMA number. I feel totally stolen from.
