Trial period
The return policy is canceled out by the order contract, the trial of, free for 15 days, is canceled out the order contract which states in fine print that the 15 day trial period starts the day ordered, which I overlooked. How can you try a product for 15 days if it spends 3-5 days in the mail, the return policy Ad is misleading and should contain the same information as the ordering contract, At the same time, my invoice gave the business hours of 8:30-5:00pm Pacific Time, this company is in the Atlantic Time zone. I called tried to cancel the order at 5 pm Central Time for a week[3pm Pacific Time]as the invoice states. I was charged the full amount because I did not cancel in the time frame allowed.

Number they give is never answered. I can not get intouch with a person to cancel a product that I never ordered.
I am trying to stop the shipment of the product and stop the charges to my credit card.

Fraud charges
Fraud charge to my credit card for purchase I did'nt make. Upon receiving product I did'nt order. I immediately return product unopened with return merchandise authorization number. Delivery confirmation number, confirmed merchandise was returned. But they refuse to credit my for return.
Return address is to Maine, but they have multiple California phone numbers which appear on credit card bill, 1-877-653-0015 & 1-888-272-6483

They advertise for a free trail of these weight loss pills, all you pay is the shipping ($5.95). Next thing you know you are signed up for this weight loss program(Live Lean) that eventually cost you 24.95 from your credit card that you did not authurize!! By the time you realize you have been charged, your 20 day free trail period; which you had no clue about is 4 days pass due. There for you are not eligible for your refund. After sitting on hold 43 minutes for a rep to pick up the phone to let me know about the terms and conditions that you have to click on at the very bottom of the Acai home page I still did not receive a refund but she did cancel "My membership". I will sugguest any who has already signed up for this to cancel or report your credit card stolen. I did!!!
