This is a very deceptive advertisement and they WILL NOT refund your money, because they state their terms are in their terms and conditions. If you don't cancel the product within 15 days, you WILL be billed $64.95, and you WILL NOT get it back. You will also be billed for a membership that you don't realize you have joined. What reputable business will not refund your money if you are not satisfied, just because you missed their 15 day window. You get a 3o day supply but you only have 15 days to evaluate and cancel if you don't like it. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

This website offers a 30 day supply of a supplement, but you only have 15 days to evaluate and cancel if you don't want it. I ordered the product on June 24, 2009 and didn't receive it until about a week and half later. I tried to call their customer service number but could not reach them. Apparently another week went by, and when I finally reached them, they refused to refund my money. They said that everything was in their Terms and Conditions. This is the charge on my statement: VIT*Acai Advanced 888-2475160 CAUS for 64.95. I only paid 5.95 for shipping and handling. Then they try to charge you account for a membership which I didn't even know I joined. They are very deceptive

Ordered product on line, I could n'tcall and cancel product I have been unable to get in touch by phone or on line. My acount has been deducted the money for the shipping with no way to get in touch with anyone . I do not want this product the customer service is not an opinion to call they disconnect you or just hang up on you. What a big mistake they have my checking account number to keep deducting from with no way to get in touch with anyone to stop it.
