DON'T ORDER FROM THIS DARN COMPANY! I ordered the product on 06/08/2009 and didn't receive the product until 06/16/2009. I started the product the next day and the following day I woke up with a bad (itchy) rash but didn't think it was the Acai. About 5 days later it cleared so I tried it once more to see if it was really the Acai and it was! I called the 888-247-5160 but it was always busy and when I did get a ringing tone it just kept ringing and nobody answered. The following days were the same but I did get lucky and a live person picked up but asked me to be on hold and I was on hold-for about 45 minutes and was hung up on! I called back the following days and the same situation. I finally spoke to somebody and they said I was a day late and I asked to speak to a manager and they connected me to Marie and she gave me the runaround and stated that I was late and no refund would be issued, not even 50%. I explained to her but nothing would change her mind. I guess the people working there are just not compassionate. I know that they have their rules but a day lates is not going to get you any compassion I guess. I even stated that I would send my medical report from my doctor but she disregarded it and stated I called after the deadline. I don't usually like to curse people but whatever they're doing at the Acai company is just not right and now I'm hoping that they get what they deserve and much more!

Same thing as everybody else. I bought the trial and returned to sender got charged on 4/2 $24.95, 4/3 $64.95 and 4/14 $64.95 cannot get a hold of anybody to cancel. What do I do I have cancelled my credit card but I going to collections. Who are these people and has anybody had any luck on how to cancelled or get the credit back????

What do we all do?
