I clicked on the Acai add while I was on another site. Should have known better, thought, what the heck it is only 5.95, and surely the trial offer is from delivery, not purchase. No, you don't even get the product and you have been charged. I spoke with a Kelly today at 9:05am EST. and she told me that they still charged me and there was no shipment made, they must know, but you pay for the "free" trial, hope you like it...argh. There was no supervisor or management available, they are all in meetings she told me and they would tell me the same thing. I could not get a name of one or any other service in this matter. I am surprised in this day of information that a company would chance business like this. My only guess is that they must operate under another name as well, and simply put, the money is too good, if it is written in the terms and conditions, that is it, they make $85. a click, who cares about reputation. Please be careful, the product is not even mainly Acai, the main ingredients are laxative type.

Trying to get your money back is a big joke. The 15 day trial starts the day you place the order. I only had 5 days left when I received it. they also sneak in a service called Live Lean a consulting service that you can't get a refund on either .I couldn't get an RMA because I couldn't get anyone to get on from. So I sent the remaining bottle back. I thenreceived an auto shipment order that I refused and sent back. They told my credit card company that there are no credits for auto shipment. I also called to try and cancel in the alloted time again no answer, so I e-mailed an cancellation, no reply. This company that charged my account for this is called VYTALIS an company that sells male enhancement products? I'm fighting with my credit card company now over this. they are definitely a bunch of scam artists. I think Dr. OZ and Oprah ought to reimburse us all.
