AcaiAdvanced Ripped me OFF
Acai Advanced totally ripped me off. They say they clearly state that you have 14 days to cancel product, but they dont tell you that they will charge you $89.89 and that when you try to cancel they wont answer the phone and that they pit you on endless hold. The product is garbage and totally doesn't work. Do not buy or try this product it is a scam.

beware, and be equipped
I wrote before my experience, but also would like to equip you if you have already ordered or sincerely would like to try something without being gouged. Here are the customer service numbers to cancel, since they will charge you before you get the product, and the time is from order, you must call before you get the information to cancel, then if you like it, you may order it yourself, not by being cheated. The number for Acai Advanced is 1.888.247.5160. And the number for Live Lean for Life is 1.888.272.6483 (this is the program you are signed up for by default). When I called I only had to call one number to get a confirmation number from both, we'll see how that works. These numbers are posted on the site under contact us, just looked today, but of course did not think to look when oredering. Be safe and call in advance because their customer service is nothing but intake people they will not help you.

unauthorized charge on account
Requested a free trial sample, try to close before the 15day trial period and recieve rudeness from Erica, customer service. This program is a scam, and B.B.B. needs to be notified.

false advertising
They state at the bottom of the invioce that you can call and recieve an RMA to return the product if not completely satisfied. I would be responsible for return shipping charges. When I called to request an RMA, they said all they could do was to stop any future shipments,
and that I could not in fact return any of the product for a refund.

Hidden charges
I agree with Carroll that this company rips people off. I also was unaware of any "Live Lean for Life" program and that I would be charged an additional $24.95 for a 20-day trial that I never used. I cancelled whatever it is I supposedly signed up for. After talking to 3 different people, they said they can't do anything about the charges because I didn't cancel within the 20 days. So I'm out $64.95 for the stupid pills that DO NOT WORK, in addition to $24.95 for some "weight loss management program" that I had no idea I signed up for. The last person I spoke to told me that all the conditions of my trial were specified on their web site - I disagree and the only way to verify that is to start out as a new customer and enter information as well as an account number. I can't do that for fear that I'll be charged again for all this crap!!I I think a complaint with the Better Business Bureau is in order. Cecilia in Arizona

Unauthorized charges
I ordered a free trial of Acai and agreed to pay the $5.95 shipping charge but they sent me a 30 day supply that they are going to charge my credit card after 15 days. I tried to cancel this product but cannot get anyone on the phone when I tried their customer service number. I then called Chase and they were no help in stopping further charges from this company. You would think the credit card companies would be able to do something more for their customers but they told me I can dispute any charges after they appear on my statement. This company can send me this product or any other product and charge it to my credit card and I can't do anything about it. THIS IS A BIG SCAM!!! Where are the consumers rights?

No Notes of My Cancellation
After following all directions and making a record of all cancellation numbers I received another shipment of product. Upon calling customer service I was told that there were no notes regarding my original call in spite of the fact that I had all the numbers and already knew all the information regarding the return process. I will return the product one more time and I am cancelling the credit card I used to make my ill-fated purchase.

Scam
They offer a 15 day free trial of their acia advance weight loss pill and free membership in Live Lean. You pay 5.95 for shipping. They state in big letters RISK FREE, simply call customer service and request an Return Merchandise Authorization if you are not satisfied AFTER your 15 day trial. I did not receive my the pills till 13 days after I ordered it on line. I used it for 10 days and saw no results so I called to cancel figuring I still had 5 days left on the trial. Customer Service told me she had already put 24.95 on my card for The supposedly Free Live Lean membership and 64.95 for the pills stating it was past the 15 day trial period. I stated I did not receive the pills till 13 days after placing the order so I did not start the trial till the 13th day. She refused to credit my card. This is not RISK FREE it is a Scam.

ABSOLUTE RIP OFF/DON'T DO IT
DO NOT TRY OR PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. IT IS A MAJOR SCAM!!! They will do everything in there power to keep you from getting your money back. Even if you return product back before trial period is up they will still charge you money monthly, and you will end up on the phone for hours trying to get them to give you your money back. SCAM SCAM SCAM...AVOID THIS PRODUCT!!!

charges to credit card
I ordered this product on 6-15-09. However I picked up this product today (7-15-09) I was in the hospital and had to have an operation that kept me in the hospital for 3 days and recovering in my home for the last 2 1/2 weeks. Unable to drive, go to work, or pick up any mail at the post office. I have not tried this product and my credit card has been charged $64.95 and an additional $24.95 for a website that i know nothing about. Terms were unclear and I feel that charges are being charged without my authorization. I cancelled this account and hopefully would receive a refund due to my situation. Thank You Sandra Padilla
