I ordered a "free" 14 day trial, the product arrived 14 days after the order date, I was charged for a "months" supply 14 days after the order date, not 14 days after I received the item. SCAM. This product made me sick to my stomach, I called for the return authorization number and was told I was too late, I had been billed.

You will be taken to the cleaners. Cancel your card immediatly. They will not respond to cancelations-different phones messages such as-'all customer service reps are busy' and 'call during business hours', which change every time you call. These people are unethical. Cons. Beware!

I phoned the customer service number only 4 days after receiving the promotional 'free' product in the mail. (I only was obligated to pay for shipping and handling.) After being on hold for nearly 30 minutes, I spoke to a representative and requested my name be removed from any future deliveries. She told me that the promotional period was only good for 15 days - starting from the original date that the order was placed. I told her I was not going to pay for any future deliveries or orders, and that I did not feel it was good business practice to suggest a customer be obligated for a period of the 15-day trial, when they did not have the product in their possession. (How can you try a product when you don't even have it?) She told me that I would not be charged for future deliveries, however, there was already 1 automatic delivery which I would be charged for.
I was given a bogus website, and I was told this website would contain directions for return instructions, so that I could return the unused portion of the product I had received only 4 days ago ([email protected]), which I am unable to access, therefore, unable to contact a person.

you get billed before your fifiteen days using the product are up. they start the fifteen days from date of order not date received. they will not give you a nuber to call to dispute the charges.

I called and canceled my account, then I returned the new bottle. I never got my refund for the bottle.
