Avoid these scammers at all costs
Yes, I ordered this product SUPPOSEDLY on a 14 day FREE TRIAL BASIS. I also called the company number within the time constraints to cancel SEVERAL times. First off, They don't answer these calls because they know that most of these will be requesting a refund. Hmmm...I then had to call my bank and CANCEL my debit card so that they could not take any more money out of my checking account without my authorization. I was told by the company at this point that in order to obtain a refund for the $160 some odd dollars, that I'd need to write a letter stating why I want to cancel all subscriptions, where I could be reached by phone, etc, etc. So, I did that. They now have 30 days to decide whether or not they will refund my monies. If you look closely near the bottom of the Acai-Advance.com web page, you'll see an Acai Advanced GUARANTEE, which I've copied for proof. They state in the last 2 sentences of this guarantee: "We are committed to providing superior products and service to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied, contact us and we will make it right for you. Guaranteed!" I was personally not satisfied (to say the least!) so I've contacted the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION and filed a complaint, which I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND to anyone else who is being SCAMMED by these THIEVES. Please don't allow them to keep doing this. P.S. The only people who seem to be authorized to issue refunds are in the "corporate office", and can't be reached any other way than by this address: ACAI ADVANCED P.O.Box 17855 Portland, ME. 04112 I'd suggest getting a confirmation number when you send the letter so they can't say they never recieved it.
