Advertised a "free trial" for weight loss pills (which Nuitrition Action magazine says has no proven value) and then proceeded to bill me $79.95, before I had chance to swallow my "free month's supply. I had not noticed the "small print" which said I had to cancel before 14 days elapsed, or they would be entitled to start sending me them every month, and charging my credit card every month! It took over half an hour on the telephone before I reached a real person and was able to cancel.

Paid shipping and handling and I keep getting charged every month $79.95. I have called and complained and sent pills back. No luck!! I have friens that have had the same problem. They received a letter about a suit to get their money back. I did not receive one. How do I get one?

I am trying to file a class action lawsuit right now, Wish me luck!

I order Acai-aSlim from their website which was a special offer for free and pay $4.95 for shipping with my credit card.
I have since been receiving this product for the past few months with a charge of over $76.00 per month on my credit card without my permissi0n and have never re-ordered this product. I cannot find any information as to where to get intouch with anyone to discuss this and to get my money back and not to keep getting these pills mailed to me.
They alsdo claim faudulant information that this Oprah and Dr Oz are pushing this product and when in fact I saw the
Oprah show with Dr. Oz when they said that they were not.

Please help me to stop this company from sending me these pills and I want my money back. I will sue this company if I find out how to get in touch with them.

i ordered a free bottle and paid $5.00 for shipping now they are sending me a bottle every month and charging $75.00 per bottle. the website is nonexistent and no phone number. all i want is for them to stop sending me their terrible product and give me a full refund immediately.
