Unauthorized billing
A free trail bottle was offered of acaiaslim diet pills. Just S&H charge of $4.95. On Dec. 11, 2008, I was charged properly for this...thought that was the end of that...
Today, Jan. 23, 2009, I received my charge card statement. On Dec. 30, 2008, I was charged $79.95 and on Jan. 14, 2009 I was charged another $79.95. OMG...what is all of this?
It's what is known as being ripped-off! And boy does it really make me mad!

unautherized charges
I trusted this company to just send me the one time sample bottle to try of Acai-berry Weight Loss Support Supplement for $1.95 to try. I authorized nothing else, signed up for nothing else, no monthly shipment of any more, which I have not received, nothing! I just checked my on-line bank statement and saw a charge of $29.95 for ? at www.fitfac.com - that site is no longer up and another charge of $79.95 from DRI AcaiaSlim? I have no idea what that is for, I have not received any other supplements or anything, no information, nothing!
I will be calling my bank as soon as I submit this complaint to see if they will take those charges off my acct. and also ask them what I should do. There is no one to call as these sites are off-line now. I will tell them if they see the word Acai, to not allow any more charges!!!
Thank you for being on the lookout for such scams. I never thought in a million years I would have fallen for one! I really thought I was smarter than that. I did read thru several sites about these and thought I picked one that did not do this! What a learning experience. I rarely buy from the internet and will pretty much not again!

items charged for and not received
This company is a total scam. BUYER BEWARE. I paid the $5.95 in S&H & then discovered an $80 charge to my credit card once every 2 weeks for the product which I didn't receive. I have been billed for 2 shipments of $79.95 each plus $29.95 for somehting that I have no idea what it is for a total of $189.85. The "30 day risk free supply" is actually only valid for 14 days. If you don't cancel w/in 14 days of purchase, you are billed $79.95 automatically every 2 wks. This is a total scam. In addition, you receive NO receipt, the product comes with NO invoice & NO information about how to contact the company or cancel. When I finally did track them down, I have had no success talking with some to resolve this matter. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

Never received anything other than the sample, that I paid shipping on, but have been billed twice in the amount of $79.95 each.
I ordered a sample of Acai-aSlim, for the cost of shipping, received the sample. I have never received in other products, but have been billed twice of $79.95 each.

billing complaint
Although I abhor their ethics (requiring OPT OUT rather than OPT IN), their terms are very clear on their order form. Unfortunately, their full agreement (http://www.acaiaslim.com/terms.html) looks pretty airtight. I had received two billings totalling 149.82 each, after their "free" shipping-and-handling-only intro before investigating. Fortunately, I was able to get one charge reversed as a "courtesy". Acai berry is available all over the internet. I suggest you buy from a less aggressive firm before signing on with these folks

unauthorized credit card charges
I only agreed to a $4.95 shipping charge for a one month supply of Acai-aSlim. I received my credit card statement today and see 2 un- authorized charges for $79.95! I have called their 877 number and was on hold for 15 minutes and then tried the website I was given by the operator. This website cannot be found. What do I do?

unauthorized credit card charge
Upon my response to a free trial of Acai-aSlim
I received 2 bottles Acai-aSlim, I did not order the product.
My credit card was charged 12-23-08 and again 01-07-09
for $ 79.95 each.
Phone calls are a endless waiting time and no answer.

Unauthorized billing
It is unbelievable what some company's will do to make money these days. Now there is a lot of people like me out here who get duped by companies like this one. This is what happen to me. I saw this ad online where they are telling you that you can try this product for free all you have to pay is shipping and handling $4.95. No where in the ad do they tell you that you have 15 days to try the product and if you are not satisfy you have to return it or you will be billed $79.95. And to add to that they are going to continue sending you the product where you will be billed $94 every month. Now remember I said that all the ad said was try it for free and all you pay is shipping and handling of $4.95
So when I got a second bottle I went back online to the same website to get a contact number to find out why they sent me another bottle. The contact number was located at the bottom of the page along with there privacy clause and there return policy. So I CLICKED on there return policy because I didn't need anyone to tell me then, that if they sent a second bottle that I DIDN'T ask for I will have to pay for it (especially when I was stupid enough to give them my credit card info to bill me for the shipping and handling for the free bottle) and that is where I saw and read there return policy telling you about the 15 day trial of the product and the continued billing and so fought.
Now the company claims they are not doing anything wrong but I've have seen ads where they tell you in the original ad to please read the return and privacy clause before accepting this offer. It is very simple there is an old saying nothing in life is free and it is a very sad day when you cannot trust anything that is said these days, when there is companies like this one that does not think about how hard people have to work for there money when they sit down and think up ways about to rip people off.
Anyone reading this please please look for a contact number or there return policy or privacy clause before giving these companies your credit card information. And remember nothing in life is free there is always a catch to it.
