Acai-aSlim Reviews

Rip off
If you are going to buy the free trial, carefully carefully read the terms and conditions. The 14 day trial does not start when they ship the product, normally takes 30 days to receive the product, but starts the minute you place your order. So you haven't even been using the "free" trial before you are being charged for it. They will not credit you back the $79.95. The $19.95 for FIT-FACs also magically gets charge to your account. I have been fighting for a month to try to cancel all of the items that they sold my credit card information to. I have to check my bank account daily to make sure there are no more surprises.

looks like scam / rip off
I have been looking at the various other complaints against a lot of the Acai- aSlim, berries, burn, etc.
I recieved my free trial, then nothing at all. However they have charged my credit card for $76.00, $73.00 and $25.00.
I called my credit card company and asked them to stop any further transfers bythis company, to which the agreed to do.
I am sort of freaked out because if this is a scam, I wonder if the product is the real deal, or what ever it is ? I am afraid it may not even be safe.

Extra Charges Credit Card
There have been unauthorized charges to my credit card after what they said is free trial. It was very quickly charged three times between 12/21/08 and 1/6/08 . There was also something called BESTPURECLEANSE sent without authorization.

unauthorized charges on my cc
I ordered a bottle to try product. Later got billed $79.95 for it. OK I kept it my loss. Called to cancel and have a cancel order # I now have gotten another bottle and another charge to my cc. I am sending it back and I better get my **** money back too. Do not deal with this company. They will scam u too.

unauthorized charges
This company operates a complete scam- the product doesn't work and the customer service is horrible and in addition, they sign you up for some bogus online company which monitors your diet/fitness progress. It seems that everyone was lured in by the 4.95 trial only to find out that it's for 14 days only - after which time they will immediately charge you an add'l 79.95 (outrageous for a useless 30 day supply of a placebo). In addition, if you don't read the fine print very carefully when you order they automatically sign you up with fitfactory which charges you 29.95 to track your diet/fitness progress. I didn't even know what it was until I saw the charges on my credit card. The customer service people actually hung up with me on the phone b/c I was outraged. I would NEVER EVER buy anything from this company again. They are an unscrupulous company selling a worthless product. Buy at your peril and if you still want to purchase their product - read the 5 pages of 3 font fine print before you do otherwise you'll have a million charges that you didn't know about showing up on your credit card.

no information arrived with the package -number to call
The website is very deceptive. I did not see $79.95 charge for the product after the 14 day trial. No information arrived with the bottle. There was not a bill stating the $4.95 charge and then what the charge would be after the trial period included in the order. Then the web site automatically sets ups the Fit factory site and a charge for that after 21 days of $29.95. I did not have a number to call to cancel. I did not see the Fit factory on the site at all. When the site popped up on my computer I deleted it, thinking I had not enrolled- but I was enrolled already through acai-aslim. Thankfully the fitfactory did refund my charge- not confirmed at this moment.

Most legitimate companies allow 30 days and for sure always will refund if the product is returned.

took money from card-did not order product.
I wanted the trial and paid the shipping. I called them and asked about the product. The girl said she would not take an auto payment. She lied to me. One was taken from our credit card. Today is Dec. 23/08. I called today at 12noon my time. The girl I spoke to today told me that they do not take orders on the phone. She practically called me a liar straight out. I told her I was not making it up, I inquired what the product was. That was why I did my order on the phone. She then told me, it could not be, they do not take calls for orders. I know what I was told. She did tell me she refunded the money to our card and now I just need to wait and see. Buyers beware. I have written this down here so you won't go through what we did.

The product does not work even.

Fraud, unauthorized charges
I ordered the trial Acai-aSlim product. It was sent to me and a charge was made on my credit card for $4.95 on 11-06-08. Then they sent me another bottle without my authorization and billed my credit card for $79.95 on 11-21-08. Then they billed another charge for $79.95 on 12-06-08. I never received that bottle. I do not want these pills. They are absolutely worthless. I sent an e-mail to [email protected]. I finally got a notice of delivery failure:
[email protected]
Delivery failed

Unable to deliver to destination domain
Failed to deliver to domain web2.xxx.com after 43 tries. The last error was: Can't connect to host
How can I contact these people and tell them to cease and desist? They need to be put in jail.
Is there anyway to get help???

Scam
I received my free trial and went to cancel. There is no information in the envelope. the address on the enevlope is MBM&F-Acaiaslim, PO Box 2003, Riverton UT 84065-2003.

I contacted my credit card and the information given was755 S HWY 105 STE A, Colorado Springs, CO. 80906.

I tried to block any further charges. They told me I have to wait for the next charge to come in and then I can dispute it. They in turn will contact the merchant. I have a feeling that the merchant number of 1050003474 is a fake. I will pay this charge because it is the shipping of 4.95 but no more.

Fraudulent charges
I have never ordered this product other than the initial trial offer. Now there are thre separate charges on my credit card for this same product but on different dates. I am not impressed by this company's dihonesty and especially when someone like OPRAH is touting their product. Maybe she should reimburse me. I WILL GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS!!That's for sure. What a ripoff this company is.
