Unauthorized Transaction
Unauthorized transaction on 12-18-2008 amount of $ 79.95 dollars debited from my debit card for DRI*AcaiaSlim 877-317-0189, details
DEBIT PURCHASE Dec 14 11:41 4381 .
I never press any order or receive any thing from DRI*AcaiaSlim. I need my refund, if you will not cancel my account info, further action will be considered within 10 business days.

wrongly charged to my account
I ordered the free trial and paid shipping and handling. I never received another bottle but was charged to my credit card $19.95 from fitfac and $79.95 for acai-aslim. How do I go about havcinbg this taken off my credit card.? My email is [email protected] |

unauthorized charges
This company is unbeleivable. I made the same mistake as everyone else I signed up for the free trial of acai aslim with 4.95 shipping. I took one capsule and woke up the next morning very sick. Since the bottle came with no invoice it took me a week to finally find the company by that time I had been charged $79.95. I called them they said they would remove the charge. Right after that I checked my account and found that I had an additional charge of $29.95 called fit Factory which of course is the same people. I am disabled and bedridden and rarely use my card so I know when I make a charge. This is disgraceful, unethical and illegal.

Unauthorized billing
Absolute scam of a company. They offer a "free" product - all you have to do is pay shipping. In the fine print, (at the bottom of their site under "Terms") you are automatically entered into a "program" and if you don't cancel in 14 days, you'll be billed $79.95 a month and every month thereafter until you call and cancel out of the program.
There is a special place in hell for these people. I can't believe no one has gone after them and shut them down. It is outright deception.

unauthorized charge on credit card
Ordered free trial, did not recieve it, was charged to credit card, today the business charged my credit card $79.95 which I did not authorize, have not recieved any product . I believe this is fraud . So buyer beware. Also why would O endorse a business that is clearly a fraud.

DRI*REG.NET- Acai-aSlim has charged my credit card $79.95 on 12-15-2008, without my authorization, I'v contacted my credit card company they said to contact the vendor to get the charges reversed, and to stop any charges from them. I have not been contacted by this business as yet. Teresa Cook

I ordered what was suppose to be a free trial of Acai-aSlim, and paid the $4.95 shipping charge, with my debit card, These people charged another $79.95 to my account with out my knowledge.

Runaround
I've recieved my first bottle. I've tried to cancel all subscriptions to these auto-order scams for Acai-aslim and fitfactory.com and no answer anywhere. I've cancelled my credit card after reading these complaints. They will not get another penny out of me...I read about Acai on AOL I will write to them and tell them that they should not be affiliated with people or buisnesses with such shady practices. Plus I'd like to add that my spambox is loaded each day with more crap since I've purchased these pills...

Charged 89.95 and was not auth.
Ordered the free trial, however, was charged 89.95 and this was not authorized. I want to cancel this however cannot get in touch with the company. Does anyone have the information of the company address and phone #?

"free" trial scam
Acai-aSlim offers a "free" trial for $4.95 on one website with no terms indicating that they will step you up for an auto-fill, auto-monthly charge of $79.95 if you don't contact them in 15 days after receiving the product.
The product is total crap! It doesn't do anything it's supposed to. I'm tempted to have it analyzed by a lab to see if it's just dirt in a capsule.
I called several toll free numbers after seeing the charge on my credit card bill and got the run around (there were three different numbers on websites). Mailboxes were full so you couldn't contact or I left messages and they weren't returned.
I finally called my credit card company and said I'm not paying and told them my story. They said they would help.
Save yourself time, don't buy it! If you have been suckered like me, call your credit card company immediately, they'll help fix the problem quickly.
